APCHA’s ownership inventory includes units in a variety of income and asset categories. Most APCHA units are Category 1-4, with a small number in Category 5-7 and RO (Resident Occupied). APCHA’s RO units, located throughout several properties, tend to sell at a higher price point than other APCHA units. 

Some ROs are required to be sold through APCHA; while others may be sold by Owner or free market Realtor, though APCHA may still set the maximum sale price. Some require APCHA’s Ownership Application, others require a separate application. Various RO properties have distinct requirements and applications (PDF).
