Sell Deed Restricted Units

An APCHA homeowner wishing to sell their unit must notify and forward their listing packet to the APCHA Sales Manager at least 10 days before the homeowner’s preferred open house date. The listing packet includes the Seller’s Disclosure form, the Listing Contract Checklist (PDF) and a list of any capital improvements, with receipts and building permits (if applicable). The Sale Manager will establish the sale price, create a listing contract, perform a site visit and advertise the unit.

Units for Sale

Units for sale are advertised on APCHA’s website and in the glass case outside the APCHA office the Friday afternoon preceding the week of the open house (held on Wednesdays from 4 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.) There will be two weeks of bidding following the open house; a lottery will be held the Monday following the bid period. Closing generally occurs 7 to 8 weeks following the lottery.
