The Bavarian Condominiums are located on 107 North 7th Street, 102-108 North 8th Street and 814-823 West Main Street. The eight units located on North 7th Street were remodeled in 2004 from an existing structure. The other 11 units were constructed in 2004. There are a total of 19 units located in this development, ranging from Category 1 up to Category 4. The units not only have a mix of categories, but consist of studios, one-bedroom units, two-bedroom units and three-bedroom units.
