Centennial Condominiums were contracted in 1985 and are a mixed project containing ownership and rental units. The ownership units are located on Freesilver Court and Teal Court and consist of 92 units. They are all deed-restricted at Category 4 and contain 10 studio units, 38 one-bedroom units, 38 two-bedroom units and 6 three-bedroom units.
