The Juan Street Condominiums are located a few blocks southeast of downtown Aspen, between Aspen Street and Garmisch. The project was constructed in 1995 by the City of Aspen and consists of a total of six units, with a parking structure. There are two duplexes and two single-family homes. The three-bedroom single-family home is classified as Category 4; and the two-bedroom single-family home is classified as Category 3. The duplexes contain three-bedrooms and are classified as Category 4.
