2022 Federal and State Income Tax Returns (no extensions allowed), W-2s, 1099s, or end of year Profit & Loss reports are now required for:

• new ownership applications
• new rental applications
• submitting bids for ownership lotteries
• all existing ownership qualifications
• all existing rental qualifications 
• submitting interest on available rental units

You can upload documents directly into your profile on apchaHomeTrek.org. Or you can turn in copies in person at the office. Emailed documents will not be accepted.  Please reach out to staff if you have any questions.
