The class was presented by Bryan Farley, President of Association Reserves-Colorado, and focused on good reserve practices and how to formulate policies to encourage HOA Boards to enact a policy game plan to address deferred maintenance where you live. The goal was to encourage and help HOA’s to practice good governance and develop capital reserve policies, including conducting periodic studies and ongoing funding of capital reserve accounts.
