There are no APCHA managed rental units currently available. When new rental units become available, they will be posted on our website under the Available Units button on the APCHA.org website.

Or to search for Non-APCHA managed rental units, click on Privately Managed Properties under the Renting option on the APCHA.org website. We do not know when the privately managed properties have available units and we do not advertise their available units.  If you are offered a unit, you will need to get APCHA qualified by completing a qualification at that time.  We do not accept applications unless you are offered a rental unit.
