This seminar provided information on specific issues covered by the Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act (CCIOA). Molly Foley-Healy, attorney with Winzenburg, Leff, Purvis & Payne, LLLP, provided information relating to the fiduciary responsibility of Board of Directors in conjunction of the use that owners have in the placement of political signs, the dissemination of information to all directors, open meetings, executive sessions, the rights of owners or designated representative to speak at meetings, and the use of secret ballots at member meetings.
