Ground level has kitchen and living room. Upper floor has two bedrooms and full bathroom. Washer/dryer, kitchen appliances, small patio on lower level, two parking spaces. HOA Dues $375 per month (there is a possibility dues may increase to $425 per month in May or June). Dues cover snow plowing, sewer, trash removal, capital reserves, heat tape, common area maintenance and HOA insurance. Homeowners also pay Holy Cross Electric, Black Hills Energy and City Water accounts. Property taxes $586/year.
