- Reservations require $1,218.00 security deposit and signed agreement.
- Pro-rated leases may be signed after September 1st, if available.
ATTENTION EMPLOYERS: Established Pitkin County employers may reserve up to three employee apartments during first offering. Interested employers may reserve additional seasonal units after July 13, 2018, if available.
