Seasonal Rentals

APCHA offers seasonal rental housing at Marolt Ranch, Aspen Highlands Village, and Burlingame Seasonal Housing during the winter only. These units are not available in the summer as they are used by the Aspen Music School.

Marolt Ranch

  • Monthly rent $1,317.00 per apartment for up to three qualified employees.
  • Utilities included, NO PETS, and parking $75 per month. 
  • Employers/individuals must reserve before September 1st and commit to full lease term of September 1, 2022 to April 30, 2023.
  • Reservations require $1,317.00 security deposit and signed agreement.
  • Pro-rated leases may be signed after September 1st, if available.
  • AT THIS TIME THE MAROLT RANCH APARTMENTS ARE SOLD OUT.

ATTENTION EMPLOYERS: Established Pitkin County employers may reserve up to three employee apartments during first offering. 

Who Can Rent?

Anyone employed or who will be employed by no later than December 15th, 2022, within Pitkin County. Pitkin County includes Snowmass Village.

What are the Qualifications? 

To be eligible to rent, complete a Seasonal Rental Application on HomeTrek and submit it to APCHA with $35 application fee payable to the City of Aspen. Non-U.S. citizens must provide proof of legal status before occupancy is allowed. Employment verification will be expected before December 15th, 2021. You can move into Marolt before being employed; however, if you have not been employed full time within the county by the cut-off date, you will have to move out. Management retains the right to refuse rental to anyone at any time.
